🚀 Hiring: Bilingual Senior AI Engineer (English–Spanish) 📍 Location: Charlotte, NC (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) 💼 Employment Type: W2 Only 📌 Local / Nearby Candidates Required 🧠 Experience Required: 12+ Years We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Senior AI Engineer to architect and develop AI-driven IVR and conversational systems. This role focuses on building scalable LLM-powered voice and chat solutions with strong NLP and Python expertise. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Architect and develop AI-driven IVR and conversational systems using Python • Build English–Spanish translation systems • Perform data analysis using SQL on large-scale IVR datasets • Design and deploy LLM workflows (Prompt Engineering, RAG, Evaluation) • Lead development of agentic AI workflows for multi-step interactions • Establish LLMOps best practices (monitoring, evaluation, lifecycle) • Collaborate with IVR platform, speech engineering, and product teams • Mentor offshore and junior AI engineers 🔹 Required Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of experience in AI / ML • Strong proficiency in Python • Expertise in NLP (Text classification, clustering) • Hands-on experience with LLMs (Prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation frameworks) 🔹 Nice to Have: • Experience with Agentic AI & multi-agent orchestration • Experience with LLMOps / MLOps in production • Familiarity with IVR platforms and speech technologies (ASR, NLU, TTS) 📩 Interested candidates, please share your resume to: [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
