Freelance Event Project Manager / Producer role - Fashion / Retail Events - Full time West London A well-known lifestyle brand is looking for a Freelance Event Project Manager / Producer to support creative production and the delivery of a key conference taking place in May. Day Rate: £400 per day UMB (some flexibility potentially more) Contract: February start – May initially and beyond Time commitment: 2 days per week (Feb–Apr), increasing to 4 days per week in May You’ll work closely with senior creative stakeholders to manage production schedules, coordinate shoots and suppliers, support on-set delivery, and oversee post-production workflows, budgets, and asset delivery. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys juggling multiple workstreams.
