We are looking for a tenacious, results-driven FB/ Google Ads VA with a solid track record in digital marketing. You are the ideal candidate if you possess over 3 years of hands-on experience and a refuse-to-quit attitude. You don’t just execute tasks; you solve problems, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to win. In this role, you will lead our paid social strategy as our primary FB Ads Media Buyer, while simultaneously supporting organic growth through traditional SEO and the emerging landscape of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Meta Ads Management: Launch, manage, and scale high-converting campaigns within Facebook Ads Manager. Perform daily bid adjustments, audience testing, and creative optimization to meet ROI targets. SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct in-depth keyword research, execute on-page and off-page optimization, and audit existing content to improve organic rankings. AEO Implementation: Optimize digital assets for conversational AI and LLMs (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity) to ensure our brand is the top-cited source. Data Analysis & Reporting: Build and maintain performance dashboards, monitor traffic trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Routine Technical Audits: Regularly test site speed, fix broken links, manage redirects, and ensure ad conversion pixels are firing accurately. Required Tools & Specialties Ad Platforms: Meta Ads Manager (Advanced), Google Ads Manager. SEO/AEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4). AI & Optimization: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude (used for prompt engineering and structured data markup to capture AEO results). Project Management: ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
