🚨 Now Hiring: FileNet Software Developer Lead (Hybrid – Nashville, TN) 🚨 We’re currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Consultant – FileNet / KnowledgeLake / ECM Software Developer Lead for a long-term contract opportunity supporting a large public-sector enterprise environment in Nashville, TN (Hybrid). This is a high-impact leadership role within an Enterprise ECM team supporting 20+ state agencies. If you have deep expertise in IBM FileNet P8, KnowledgeLake, and Java-based API development, this could be a great fit. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Java development utilizing FileNet & KnowledgeLake APIs Workflow automation (document classes, workflow maps, queues, subscriptions) Data migrations & ingestion into FileNet P8 and KnowledgeLake Scanning & indexing solutions (IBM DataCap, Kofax AutoStore, KnowledgeLake, Capture Professional) Database work (SQL Server, DB2, Oracle) Troubleshooting clustered P8 environments Mentoring ECM team members 🔹 Required Experience: Strong background in IBM FileNet P8 (CPE, Process Engine, Content Navigator, APIs) Experience developing Java applications interacting with FileNet/KnowledgeLake IBM WebSphere Application Server experience Knowledge of highly available & clustered P8 environments Experience with scanning/indexing platforms Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills B.S. in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related field 💻 Technology Environment: FileNet P8 5.x+, Content Navigator 3.x+, KnowledgeLake ECM, WebSphere 8.5.5+, Windows Server 2019+, SQL Server 2019+, Kofax AutoStore/QuickCapture, and cloud/on-prem database technologies.
