Financial Analyst II (Remote – EST Hours) 📍 Location: Fully Remote (Must work EST hours) 📄 Type: 12-Month Contract 💲 Pay: up to $35/hour Carolina IT Professionals (CITP) is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support financial analysis, treasury operations, and banking reconciliation processes for a large healthcare organization. This role will work closely with Financial Administration and Patient Financial Services teams to ensure banking activity is accurately reconciled and financial systems operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Perform financial analysis and account reconciliation related to treasury and banking activity • Research and analyze financial, banking, and patient billing data to support reconciliation and billing operations • Prepare financial and status reports for internal stakeholders across multiple facilities • Support financial analysis initiatives and departmental projects • Provide accurate financial insights to support operational and strategic decisions • Maintain the integrity of databases, mappings, and reference tables within cash application systems • Partner with Information Systems and software vendors to troubleshoot system issues • Maintain and update system documentation • Assist with training and supporting end users on system features and enhancements • Complete limited journal entries as needed during banking reconciliation processes Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems • 3+ years of treasury, financial analyst, or related experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Additional Details • Fully remote position • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours • 12-month contract opportunity 📩 Interested in learning more?
