We're #Hiring for: Financial Analyst (4-Month Project) – Subang Hi-Tech 📍 Location: Subang Hi-Tech Industrial Park, Selangor 💼 Job Type: 4‑Month Project (Extendable Based on Business Needs) 🏢 Work Mode: Fully Onsite 🕒 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 💰 Salary: RM5,000 – RM8,000/month 🎁 Benefits: Statutory contributions, leave entitlements, medical coverage We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking for a short-term project. You will work closely with commercial, operational, and finance teams to deliver insights that drive informed business decisions. Key Responsibilities - Analyse financial data and prepare performance/management reports - Support budgeting & forecasting, including variance and trend analysis - Partner with commercial, operational, and accounting teams to understand business drivers - Provide insights for management reviews and decision-making - Drive process improvements, including reporting automation - Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies - Support audits and statutory reporting - Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and financial modelling Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics - 2–4 years’ experience in finance or accounting - Experience in MNC or FMCG is an advantage - Strong skills in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting & forecasting - Experience in financial modelling and variance analysis - Familiar with compliance and internal controls - Proficient with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE preferred) + advanced Excel - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Able to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholders effectively If you're interested in such role, kindly apply via the link: [Upgrade to PRO to see link]
