We serve urban households by handling kundli generation, consultation, booking, samagri, logistics, and acharya coordination end-to-end through a seamless mobile experience.   We are early, focused, and execution-driven. This role is for someone who wants real ownership, not just ticket-based development.   Role Overview We are looking for a Flutter Developer to own and scale Teertham’s Android and iOS mobile app. You will work closely with the founder, backend developer, and product stakeholders to ship fast, iterate weekly, and improve real user metrics. This is not a UI-only role.You’ll be expected to understand product flows, data, and backend interactions, and gradually grow toward a full-stack or mobile-plus role.   Key Responsibilities •Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform Teertham mobile apps using Flutter •Translate product requirements and user flows into clean, scalable Flutter code •Integrate REST APIs, backend services, and third-party SDKs (payments, notifications, analytics) •Implement state management, navigation, and reusable UI components •Collaborate closely with backend developers to define APIs and handle edge cases •Debug production issues and improve app performance and stability •Prepare and manage Play Store and App Store releases •Participate in code reviews and enforce basic engineering hygiene •Use AI developer tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.) to move faster without compromising quality   Required Skills & Experience •2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart •Experience building and shipping production Flutter apps •Strong understanding of: *Widgets, layouts, and responsive design *State management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or equivalent) *REST API integration and JSON handling •Familiarity with Android & iOS app lifecycle basics •Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows •Ability to work independently and take ownership in a startup environment   Good to Have •Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, FCM, Analytics) •Exposure to payments, chat, or marketplace-style apps •Basic backend or full-stack exposure (Node.js, APIs, DB concepts) •Prior experience in consumer apps, marketplaces, or booking platforms •Comfort using AI tools for rapid prototyping and debugging   What This Role Is  •Product-focused, execution-heavy  •High ownership, low bureaucracy •Direct impact on real users and revenue   Why Join Teertham •Work directly with the founding team •Ship features that go live every week •Real scope to grow into Lead Mobile / Full-Stack Engineer •Learn end-to-end product thinking, not just coding tickets #Flutter #Developer #Job #Hiring #Delhi #India #Jobseekers #Product
