We're hiring a Flutter Mobile Developer at #Proart.
If you've shipped real Flutter apps to real users (not tutorials, not the side project you abandoned at 60%), keep reading.
What you'll do:
Build and ship cross-platform mobile apps. Take UI/UX designs and turn them into apps that feel right on a 3-year-old Android as much as on the latest iPhone. Own performance. Fix the weird stuff. Ship.
What we're looking for:
β’ 2+ years writing Flutter in production
β’ You know Dart well enough to know when not to reach for a package
β’ You've shipped to Google Play and the App Store and survived both review processes
β’ State management is opinion territory. Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, whatever. Pick a side, defend it
β’ REST APIs, third-party SDKs, auth flows. Comfortable territory
β’ Firebase: Auth, Firestore, FCM. The full stack
β’ Clean architecture and design patterns aren't just phrases you've read on Medium
β’ Git is muscle memory
β’ You debug methodically. You don't ship code you don't understand
β’ You notice when the padding is off by 4 pixels
