Hiring: Freelance Data Analyst (Excel / Power BI) – Restaurant Operations Project I am looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Freelance Data Analyst to help build a "Control Tower" operational system for a multi-outlet restaurant group. This is Phase 1 of a larger project designed to eliminate micromanagement through data-driven governance. You will be building a role-based dashboard system that converts complex restaurant KPIs into simple Green / Amber / Red status signals. The Project Scope: Manager Input Sheets: Creating 12 secure, standardized Google Sheets/Excel entry forms for restaurant managers. KPI Logic Engine: Automating calculations for 15+ essential KPIs (Food Cost, Labor %, Prep Time, etc.) based on specific targets and 5% tolerance thresholds. AOM Control Tower: Developing a centralized dashboard for Area Operations Managers to monitor 12 outlets at a glance via automated status cards. System Logic: Implementing "Red Flag" triggers—if any single KPI is Red, the entire outlet status must show Red. What I’m Looking For: Advanced expertise in Excel / Google Sheets (Complex formulas, Data Validation, and Inter-sheet linking). Experience in Power BI (the logic built here must be ready for migration in Phase 2). Ability to build clean, scalable, and "idiot-proof" data entry systems. Prior experience with Retail or Restaurant operational data is a massive plus. Project Details: Duration: Estimated 3–4 weeks for Phase 1. Budget: Competitive project-based fee (fixed).
