Freelance Designer

✨ We’re Looking for a Freelance Designer! Unity Hospice is seeking a talented freelance designer to partner with us long-term. We are a not-for-profit healthcare provider serving Northeast Wisconsin, offering hospice care, palliative care, nonmedical home care, and grief support. We are looking for someone who can bring our brand and mission to life in a meaningful and consistent way. This is not a one-time project. We want a creative partner who will grow with us and help maintain a cohesive, recognizable brand presence. What we’re looking for: • Clean, engaging, on-brand design • Experience with digital, print, marketing, and internal materials • Collaborative and open to feedback • Passion for meaningful, mission-driven work What to expect: • Approximately 120 hours annually, with heavier projects in fall, spring, and winter • Flexible freelance engagement with ongoing work • Collaboration with a compassionate, purpose-driven team • Pay based on experience from $80-$110 per hour Interested?
