Freelance Graphic Designer

Searching for an ad-hoc freelance graphic designer position, where the designer is tapped for projects as needs arise. It is not a full-time or part-time role with fixed hours, but rather contractual work billed hourly. The designer must be able to work within the U.S. time zone (ideally EST) and should have experience in beauty/brand design. We're looking for someone who can take either a highly prescriptive brief or a broader concept and turn around polished creative quickly and efficiently, with minimal direction.
