Freelance Groundworks Project Manager

𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 | 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 🚧 As a Freelance Groundworks Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing site operations from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: Oversee day-to-day site operations for groundworks packages Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards Monitor progress, programme, and costs Liaise with clients, engineers, and senior management Produce site reports and manage project documentation 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Proven experience managing groundworks and civil engineering projects Strong knowledge of drainage, foundations, roads, and infrastructure works SMSTS, CSCS (Manager level), and First Aid preferred Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently on a freelance basis If this role is of interest, please get in contact with: 🌐 Harry Venn You can also search for more roles via our website: 🔍 www.rtlgroupltd.co.uk
