Freelance Project Manager & VA Location: Fully Remote (Company based in Newark, Delaware) Job Type: Contract / Freelance Hours: 5-10 hours per week on average Compensation: $25/hour to start The Role We are seeking a highly organized Freelance Project Manager and Virtual Assistant to join our team. This is a fully remote role perfect for someone who loves bringing order to chaos and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. You will act as the glue between our internal team and our clients, managing communications and keeping projects on track. What You'll Do Inbox Management: Monitor and manage email accounts for key team members, ensuring important messages are flagged and general inquiries are answered promptly. Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables to ensure the team stays on schedule. Customer Support: Address incoming customer questions and resolve basic issues or route them to the appropriate team member. Administrative Support: -Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks to support agency operations as needed. -Help with Proposal Creation & invoicing -Manage calendar and schedule appointments Who You Are -Organized: You have a system for everything and love checking boxes. Communicator: Your written communication is impeccable — clear, concise, and friendly. -Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable using project management tools, email platforms, and collaborative software. -Self-Starter: You work well independently in a remote environment and don’t need constant supervision to get things done. -Experience: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Manager, specifically within a creative or agency environment, is a plus.
