This is a commission-based opportunity suited for someone who is proactive, organised, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities: Receive job specifications from management. Source, screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates according to the provided requirements. Submit a minimum of 3 relevant CVs per position. Ensure candidates meet the required experience, qualifications, and skill criteria. Maintain clear communication regarding candidate progress and availability. Turnaround Time: 3 business days per position from receipt of job specification. Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing. Strong screening and interviewing skills. Access to recruitment platforms, databases, or networks. Excellent communication and time management skills. Must be reliable and able to meet strict deadlines.
