A freelance recruiter working between Pakistan and the gulf countries asked me on LinkedIn something very simple — not about commissions or quick placements, but about how the process really works. 1 What jobs are actually available for women in Poland. 2 What documents are required. 3 How long relocation really takes. 4 Which roles are realistic for women. At almost the same time, I saw an HR internship offer online in India: six months of work, real responsibilities, and instead of a salary — an internship certificate. The entry requirement? A Master’s degree or even an MBA. This is one of the reasons why, together with a partner from Pakistan, we started a new initiative: Her Fair Start – Poland, focused on giving women from Asia a safe and honest first work experience in Europe. We don’t offer five-star jobs. Most roles are in logistics, warehouses. hospitality — real shift work in normal industry. Legal, paid and transparent.
