This is an expat-friendly role offering full remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home anywhere in China. As a Freelance Recruiter at Gemini Global, you will leverage your professional expertise to support our cross-border recruitment projects. We value candidates with a solid background in recruitment, headhunting, or HR, who are familiar with the end-to-end recruitment process—from candidate sourcing and outreach to interview coordination and offer follow-up. This role offers flexible collaboration terms and the opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of international clients. Requirements: Proven experience in headhunting, recruitment, or HR roles in Game industry. Expatriate status, legally authorized to work as a freelancer in China. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (mandatory) Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote work environment. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) is preferred.
