🚀 We’re hiring Freelance Recruiters (ZZP) – 100% Remote We’re expanding our freelance recruitment network and are looking for independent recruiters (ZZP) who want the freedom to work remotely, manage their own time, and earn per successful placement. This is a results-based freelance role, not hour-based. ⸻ 🔎 The role As a freelance recruiter, you will work independently while having direct access to active vacancies and support from our internal team. You decide how, when, and how much you work. ⸻ 🧩 Your responsibilities • Source and engage candidates via your own network, LinkedIn, job boards, and social media • Screen and introduce suitable candidates for open positions • Communicate with our team via group chats and updates • Focus on results, not hours ⸻ 🏗️ Industries & roles We currently recruit for: • Construction & technical roles (technicians, fitters, builders) • Office & commercial roles (sales, account management, customer service) • ICT profiles (nice to have, not required) ⸻ 👤 What we expect from you • Registered ZZP / freelance recruiter • Recruitment experience or a strong sourcing background • An existing or growing candidate network • Availability of minimum 2–3 days per week • Professional communication and reliability ⸻ 🌍 Language & location (important – please read) • Recruiters do NOT need to speak Dutch • English is sufficient for communication • Recruiters can work fully remote from anywhere However: • Candidates MUST speak Dutch • Candidates MUST be located in the Netherlands • Vacancies are with Dutch companies If you don’t speak Dutch yourself, that is not a problem, as long as the candidates you recruit do. ⸻ 💶 Compensation & commission structure • Average €1,500 per successful placement • Commission is performance-based We work with two fixed payment structures, depending on the vacancy: 1️⃣ 50 / 50 structure • 50% paid when the candidate starts • 50% paid after the trial period 2️⃣ Monthly installment structure (max. 6 months) • Commission paid in monthly installments • Maximum duration: 6 months ⚠️ Important: • Each vacancy has one fixed payment structure • Recruiters may choose which vacancy to work on • Payment structures cannot be changed or negotiated • By selecting a vacancy, you automatically agree to the payment structure linked to that vacancy
