If you’re ambitious, driven, and ready to earn strong commissions — welcome to the HNH family. 🔥 We’re Hiring (Freelance Roles) 1) Freelance Recruiter 2) Freelance Team Leader 3) Freelance Unit Manager 📍 Type: Freelance / Commission-Based 💰 Commission per hire: 2,000 EGP up to 15,000 EGP 1) Freelance Recruiter • Responsibilities: - Source and attract candidates through social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) - Screen candidates and assess suitability for different job roles - Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates - Support the hiring pipeline and maintain candidate communication professionally • Requirements: - Strong understanding of social media sourcing - Previous recruitment experience is preferred (not mandatory) - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and hit targets 2) Freelance Team Leader • Responsibilities: - Lead and support a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals - Monitor performance and ensure quality hiring results - Train recruiters on sourcing strategies and recruitment process - Report progress and ensure smooth workflow between the team and management • Requirements: - Minimum 3 months of proven experience in recruitment - Leadership mindset and ability to manage a team effectively - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to maintain quality while achieving high volume 3) Freelance Unit Manager • Responsibilities: - Manage multiple teams and team leaders to achieve hiring targets - Build scalable recruitment strategies for mass hiring projects - Ensure quality control and maintain high hiring standards - Support business growth and improve team performance continuously -Provide reports, structure, and workflow optimization • Requirements: - Minimum 6 months experience as a Team Leader - Strong management and organizational skills - Proven ability to lead teams and deliver consistent hiring results - Experience in mass hiring is a strong plus ✅ Why Join Hunt N’ Hire?
