Freelance Recruiter

I'm Hiring: Freelance Recruiter (6‑month assignment) Location: Zedelgem (Bruges region) | Availability: 3 days/week, min. 2 days on‑site I’m looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to support our hiring activities for the next 6 months. Your main focus will be technical and automotive engineering profiles, so solid experience in recruiting within engineering or industrial environments is essential. What I'm looking for: • Proven experience in end‑to‑end recruitment • Strong track record sourcing technical/engineering talent • Knowledge of both English and Dutch • Campus recruitment and/or international recruitment experience = bonus points • Broader HR experience is an asset • Availability 3 days/week, including at least 2 on‑site in Zedelgem (near Bruges) Recruitment agencies should refrain from contacting me at this stage.
