You will work on cutting-edge features including AI-driven automation, complex payroll engines, and real-time data integrations. Key Responsibilities: Scalable Architecture: Build and maintain robust backend services and responsive frontend interfaces for our multi-tenant ecosystem. AI Integration: Work on integrating "SMAW AI Agents" that handle natural language processing for HR tasks. Performance: Optimize the platform for maximum speed and scalability to handle thousands of concurrent employee records. Compliance Engineering: Implement logic for Saudi labor laws, WPS, and GOSI automation. Requirements: Experience: 2+ years in Fullstack development with a focus on modern frameworks (e.g., Node.js/Python for Backend, React/Vue for Frontend). Skills: Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, and building secure RESTful or GraphQL APIs. Mindset: enthusiast who leverages AI tools to write cleaner, faster code and solve complex architectural problems.
