Duration: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire

We are hiring experienced Full Stack Developers for a long-term contract-to-hire opportunity with a Greater Philadelphia area client. The ideal candidate will be involved in developing modern enterprise-level applications using .NET technologies and Angular, while collaborating closely with Agile teams, architects, QA, and product stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications across frontend and backend layers
Develop end-to-end features using .NET, Angular, REST APIs, and SQL Server
Build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications within cloud environments
Participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, code reviews, and JIRA-based Agile workflows
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis when required
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and architecture teams
Required Skills:
4+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development
Strong experience with C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core
Hands-on frontend development experience using Angular or React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
Strong SQL Server experience including schema design, stored procedures, and query tuning
Knowledge of authentication and authorization concepts including OAuth2/OIDC and JWT
Experience with Git workflows, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and code review processes
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
CI/CD pipeline experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS preferred)
Knowledge of event-driven or messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Service Bus
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or Application Insights
Prior experience working in healthcare or other regulated environments is a plus
