We are looking for a Functional Analyst β ETL & SQL Data Analyst to join our team and support the Sysco Technology Archive initiative, a centralized repository for legacy HR data. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in SQL and ETL processes, who enjoys working with complex data structures, collaborating with technical and business teams, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of historical HR data migrations.
π What Youβll Do
βοΈ Collaborate with developers and designers to extract, cleanse, transform, and organize HR data from legacy systems for archival.
βοΈ Partner with business stakeholders and the archive team to gather and document data requirements.
βοΈ Analyze legacy data structures and define mappings aligned with the Sysco Technology Archive format.
βοΈ Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure completeness and integrity of archived data.
βοΈ Create and maintain functional documentation, data dictionaries, and mapping specifications.

What Weβre Looking For
βοΈ Bachelorβs degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
βοΈ 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Functional Analyst, preferably supporting HR or enterprise systems.
βοΈ Strong hands-on experience with ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
βοΈ Strong hands-on SQL experience, including querying, validating data across multiple sources, and familiarity with SQL object/table security.
βοΈ Familiarity with HR systems and data structures such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.
βοΈ Ability to read and interpret database schemas, ERDs, and legacy data formats.
βοΈ Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ or higher) and ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
