This role is for people who can think like directors, not just operators. 🎯 What you’ll do: • Generate high-quality AI images (cinematic, consistent, detailed) • Create AI videos with strong motion, realism & flow • Build visual lineups — turning ideas/scripts into structured shot sequences • Maintain character & style consistency across outputs 🧠 What we’re looking for: • Strong sense of composition, lighting, and storytelling • Hands-on experience with tools like Midjourney, SDXL, Runway, Pika, Kling, etc. • Ability to control outputs, not rely on random generations • Detail-oriented mindset (continuity, realism, framing) 🔥 Bonus: • Experience in editing (After Effects / Premiere / DaVinci) • Understanding of cinematic shot design ⚙️ How we work: We follow a structured pipeline — concept → frames → motion → refinement.
