German-English Translator

STACKPH is looking for a detail-oriented German Translator to help us deliver high-quality localized content! *Open only to candidates residing in PH The Role You will be responsible for translating, proofreading, and localizing a variety of materials—ranging from technical support documentation to user-facing content. Your goal is to ensure our message remains clear, culturally relevant, and tone-consistent for our German-speaking audience. What You Will Do ▪️Translate complex content from English to German with high accuracy. ▪️Manage end-to-end localization projects using Translation Management Systems (TMS). ▪️Maintain and update support documentation to ensure a seamless user experience. ▪️Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on brand voice and terminology. What We Are Looking For ✔️Linguistic Expertise: Native-level fluency in German and professional proficiency in English. ✔️Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with TMS platforms such as Lingohub, Crowdin, Lokalise, Phrase, or Smartling. ✔️CMS Knowledge: Experience working within Content Management Systems for support or help center documentation. ✔️Platform Experience (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Zendesk Guide or similar Help Center platforms. ✔️Precision: An eye for nuance and the ability to adapt technical jargon into easy-to-understand language.
