Deep knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, operators, controllers, and custom resources Hands-on experience with edge computing platforms and infrastructure management patterns Experience with edge networking technologies, SDN, and distributed network architectures Understanding of networking protocols, load balancing, and service mesh technologies for edge deployments Experience with edge infrastructure provisioning, local cluster management, and edge-to-cloud connectivity Strong architectural and design skills for distributed systems and microservices Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native development Experience with virtual machine usage and integration within software solutions Understanding of security best practices in edge computing and distributed network environments Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting systems Proficiency with Go testing ecosystem, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines for edge deployments Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and optimization (MongoDB experience preferred) Advanced proficiency in Linux-based environments and command-line tools Experience with modern IDEs (such as Cursor or GoLand) Track record of leading technical initiatives and mentoring engineers Strong communication skills with ability to influence technical direction and drive architectural consensus Strong technical writing and documentation skills Kubernetes certification (CKA or CKAD) preferred
