The focus is on building scalable platforms and enabling engineering teams to work smarter through AI-powered workflows. 💼 Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and operate backend platforms and infrastructure at scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with strong ownership across Kubernetes, cloud-native services, and distributed systems. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives (design → deployment → post-launch) • Lead Kubernetes architecture (clusters, networking, operators, orchestration) • Build and optimize distributed systems on AWS and/or GCP • Drive engineering excellence (code quality, CI/CD, automation) • Collaborate with Product, AI, and Security teams • Mentor engineers and guide architectural decisions • Align engineering strategy with business and product roadmap ✅ Required Skills ✔️ 6+ years of backend / infrastructure engineering experience ✔️ Strong programming in Python and/or Golang ✔️ Deep hands-on Kubernetes experience ✔️ Experience with distributed systems in production ✔️ Strong knowledge of AWS and/or GCP ✔️ Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar) ✔️ CI/CD pipelines and automation ✔️ Strong system design & architecture skills 🤖 AI & Platform Exposure (Preferred) • Experience with AI tools & frameworks (Claude, LiteLLM, agent frameworks) • Building backend systems integrating AI capabilities 📩 Looking for local candidates only – please share resumes if interested or refer someone.
