We’re Hiring: Google Cloud ML Engineer – Vertex AI & Conversational AI (CCAI) 📍 Location: Open / As per project 💼 Experience: 9 + Years 🕒 Employment Type: Contract Only H1b requried. 🔍 About the Role We are looking for an experienced Google Cloud ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Conversational AI and Virtual Agent development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have delivered real-world AI solutions using Vertex AI, CCAI, Dialogflow, and Google ADK, and should be comfortable explaining end-to-end use cases and implementations. 🧠 Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy Virtual Conversational AI Agents on GCP Build and manage conversational workflows using Dialogflow CX / ES Implement ML models using Vertex AI for NLP and AI-driven use cases Integrate chat/voice agents with backend systems via APIs and Webhooks Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions Monitor, optimize, and improve AI agent performance in production 🛠️ Required Skills & Experience 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or Cloud-based AI solutions Strong hands-on experience with: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Vertex AI Contact Center AI (CCAI) Dialogflow CX / ES Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) Proven experience in Conversational AI / Chatbot / Virtual Agent development Strong understanding of NLP concepts, intent/entity modeling, and conversation design Ability to clearly explain implemented use cases and technical architecture ⭐ Nice to Have GCP Certifications (Professional ML Engineer / Cloud Architect) Experience with BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools 📩 Interested?
