Title: Graphic Designer
Note: High quality graphic designing skills required,
Role OverviewΒ
You will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content across our entire product portfolio and brand ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of brand identity, product design, and marketing β you will work directly with the CEO and product leads to shape how Octogle and its products look and feel across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:Β
Β· Design and maintain brand identities, style guides, and visual systems for Octogle Technologies and its product brands (WorkChats, BeeKey, Corpwise, TheCareApp, OctogleHire, Leadey, 1VA.AI).Β
Β· Create marketing collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, social media assets, email templates, and ad creatives.Β
Β· Design UI/UX mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for web and mobile applications in collaboration with development teams.Β
Β· Produce graphics for digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Ads, and other channels.Β
Β· Design presentation decks for investor pitches, client proposals, and internal strategy sessions.Β
Β· Create infographics, data visualizations, and explainer graphics for product and sales enablement.Β
Β· Collaborate with content and marketing teams to ensure visual consistency across all channels.Β
Β· Support video content creation with thumbnails, motion graphics overlays, and basic video editing where required.Β
Β· Manage and organize design assets, templates, and brand libraries for efficient team access.
Requirements:Β
Must HaveΒ
Β· 2β5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a tech startup or agency environment.Β
Β· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.Β
Β· Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, marketing design, and digital assets.Β
Β· Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.Β
Β· Experience designing for both print and digital mediums.Β
Β· Ability to work across multiple brands and maintain distinct visual identities simultaneously.Β
Β· Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.Β
Β· Excellent communication skills and ability to take direction from non-design stakeholders.
Nice to Have:Β
Β· Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie).Β
Β· Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).Β
Β· Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and prototyping in Figma.Β
Β· Understanding of HTML/CSS for web-ready asset handoff.Β
Β· Experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALLΒ·E, Adobe Firefly).Β
Β· Knowledge of presentation design best practices for investor/sales contexts.
