🚀 We’re Hiring: Head of Design at Beem (Remote – India) 🔑 Must-Have Experience: • 8+ years in product/brand design, including 3+ years leading design for a consumer fintech, neobank, or high-growth app • Proven portfolio of end-to-end website redesigns with clear before/after impact (conversion, engagement, brand lift) • Deep expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, variables, design tokens) — strong systems thinking • Experience building and shipping design systems from scratch across web + mobile • Strong fundamentals in responsive design, interaction design, and motion design • Track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling design teams in India 💡 What You’ll Do: • Lead the complete redesign of trybeem.com — from first impression to final conversion • Build and scale Beem’s design system across web and mobile • Define and evolve the brand across all touchpoints (product, marketing, social, investor materials) • Own the homepage UX strategy — simplifying structure and elevating key differentiators • Set a high bar for design quality across iOS and Android in partnership with the product • Hire, mentor, and lead a team of 3–5 designers 📍 Remote (India) | Full-time | Competitive + equity If you’ve built design systems, led teams, and shipped high-impact consumer experiences — let’s talk. #Hiring #HeadOfDesign #UXDesign #Fintech #RemoteJobs
