HR Recruiter

Looking for HR Recruiter(Freelancing ) Location: Work from Home Job Type: Freelancing Commission: 40% of the Candidate's closure (per successful joining) As a freelance recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job roles in Non-IT sectors. You will work independently and earn a 40% commission for each successful joining facilitated by you. Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements shared by the client/company. Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other platforms. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability. Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers. Follow up with candidates until successful joining. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Requirements: Proven experience in recruitment or HR is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements. Access to internet, phone, and necessary tools for sourcing candidates. Basic knowledge of job portals (Naukri and LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus. Benefits: Work from home with flexible hours.
