HR Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re hiring an HR Rockstar to own People Experience & Talent Acquisition for our FMCG & Food vertical. This is a high-impact role where you will: • Build and own the hiring engine for key roles across the FMCG & Food business. • Design and drive people experience across the lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, performance, growth. • Work closely with business/functional heads on org structure, manpower planning, and talent strategy. • Bring in best practices, fix broken processes, and help us build a culture people are proud of. What we’re looking for: • 4–8 years of hands-on HR experience (strong exposure to FMCG / Food hiring is a big plus). • Someone who is equally comfortable talking to candidates, business leaders, and the leadership team. • Hustle mindset, strong ownership, and data-driven approach to people decisions.
