WE’RE HIRING: Freelance Industrial Designer (Remote) Precious Plastic Melbourne is growing. As the national benchmark for micro-recycling hardware, we’re busy building and sending out "world-first" machinery and moulds to schools, SME's, councils, and environmental groups nationwide. To keep up with the demand, we’re looking for a technical extension to our design team. This isn’t a role for conceptual dreaming - we need a precision-minded designer who speaks the language of the machine shop and can handle technical overflow with high autonomy. • We’re looking for remote, project-based CAD support specifically for complex machinery and high-performance tooling. • You’ll need pro-level CAD mastery and a "first-time-right" attitude toward tolerances and file validity. • There is no hand-holding here - we need someone who can take a brief and return a file that is fully validated and ready for the machine bed. • We want someone who is genuinely excited to apply their engineering skills to hardware that creates a tangible impact on plastic waste.
