📢 3-Month Contract opportunity for an experienced Trainer / Instructional Designer 📍Burnaby or Victoria, BC (hybrid, with occasional in-person sessions) A public sector organization is looking for a senior-level Trainer to support a fast-paced, high-impact transformation project focused on financial literacy and budgeting capability. 🔹 Strong focus on facilitation + instructional design 🔹 Work with diverse stakeholders across finance, operations, and change teams 🔹 Design and deliver training in a rapid, evolving environment This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, work autonomously, and produce high-quality, learner-ready materials with minimal oversight.
