✨ Freelance Opportunity: IT Project Manager - Migration Sustainable Advice & Management ✨ 🎉 Start date: As soon as possible 📜 End date: June 12, 2026 ➡️ Option to extend: Yes 📍 Location: Zwolle / Amsterdam 🏢 On-site requirement: 2-3 days per week 📝 Language: Dutch As IT Project Manager, you will lead a large-scale migration of a sustainability advisory business unit into a new organizational environment, driving project planning, risk management, decision‑making, and budget oversight while ensuring smooth change adoption, technical alignment, and clear communication across all stakeholders. Your role spans governance, IT, data migration, and communication to ensure a secure, efficient, and well‑coordinated transition. What you'll bring: ➖ At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex, multidisciplinary projects. ➖Experience with IT/HR/Finance transitions, data migration, or business integrations is a strong plus. ➖Strong stakeholder management skills at executive level. ➖Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, data migrations, and license management. ➖Structured, strong communicator, and decisive. ➖Ability to maintain oversight and connect teams. What you'll do: Governance & Leadership ➖Drive the full migration project (planning, risks, decisions, budget) ➖Turn strategy into a clear, actionable plan ➖Lead change management & onboarding of new colleagues ➖Manage access, authorizations, and Topdesk process updates IT & Workplaces ➖Clean up legacy accounts, archive mailboxes & manage permissions ➖Coordinate with IT on integrations (e.g., Visma), licenses & contracts Data Migration & Documentation ➖Lead migrations across SharePoint, file shares, Synology & EPA documents ➖Migrate Xtendis archives & retire old storage ➖Transfer customer, contract & tariff data from 4PSC Communication ➖Prepare communication for housing corporations, business clients & internal teams ➖Safeguard consistent messaging throughout the transition Interested? 📩 [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
