Freelance / Commission-Based IT Recruiter Position: IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience Required: 5+ Years Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Engagement Type: Freelance / Commission-Based / Full-Time Opportunity We are actively looking for experienced and highly motivated IT Recruiters who can work independently and deliver quality profiles within quick timelines. Recruiters with strong sourcing expertise and access to their own database/job portals (such as Naukri.com) will be preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for freelance recruiters who want to earn on a high commission model while working remotely and handling premium client requirements. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and occasional Non-IT requirements. Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, social platforms, and personal databases. Deliver quality profiles within 24 hours of requirement sharing. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and closures. Work on multiple technologies and leadership-level positions. Maintain strong follow-up and communication with candidates. Volume & Salary Range 40+ active requirements on a regular basis Candidate salary range: ₹5 LPA to ₹60 LPA Recruiter Requirements Minimum 5+ years of recruitment experience. Strong IT hiring experience is mandatory. Must have access to sourcing tools/databases (preferred: Naukri access). Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions. Strong communication and coordination skills. Experience in leadership hiring is an added advantage. Compensation Structure Commission-Based Model Attractive payout structure ranging from 10% to 30% on invoice value (depending on requirement and closure). Percentage and terms can be discussed mutually. Excellent earning opportunity for consistent performers. Fixed Salary Opportunity Recruiters delivering regular closures may also be considered for a fixed monthly salary model after 3 months of successful engagement.
