#hiring IT Test Manager Apply here: [Upgrade to PRO to see link] The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced IT Test Manager to take ownership of end-to-end functional testing across a portfolio of enterprise products and projects. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will ensure that quality is Embedded throughout the delivery life cycle, working closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions. You will combine hands-on testing expertise with strategic leadership, driving best practice, improving test efficiency, and building a culture of continuous improvement. What Youll Be Doing Test Leadership & Delivery Lead and own functional testing across multiple products, projects, and workstreams Define test strategies, scope, and plans aligned to business and technical requirements Oversee test execution across manual and automated testing approaches Ensure high-quality test artefacts, including plans, scenarios, scripts, and evidence Provide clear reporting on progress, risks, coverage, and release readiness Quality Governance & Improvement Drive quality standards and ensure adherence to QA processes and frameworks Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies Continuously improve testing practices, tools, and ways of working Promote reuse of test assets and increase overall testing efficiency Test Data, Environments & UAT Coordinate test data strategy, creation, and management across stakeholders Ensure environments and data are aligned with delivery timelines and CI/CD pipelines Lead UAT activities, working closely with business stakeholders Leadership & Collaboration Lead, coach, and develop QA Analysts and Testers Manage capacity and allocation across internal, remote, and third-party teams Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and Delivery Leads What Were Looking For Proven experience leading QA and functional testing in enterprise environments Strong understanding of testing methodologies, frameworks, and governance Experience with test management tools
