PERSOL Indonesia is currently supporting our client, a Japanese pharmaceutical and healthcare distributor company, in hiring for the following position: 💼 Position: Secretary & Japanese Interpreter Specialist 📍 Placement: Central Jakarta What You’ll Do: - Provide Japanese interpretation during meetings and translate documents when needed - Arrange meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items - Support the President Director by checking proposals and coordinating approvals - Prepare monthly reports - Arrange business trips and handle reimbursement/advance documents - Coordinate with internal departments - Handle general secretary duties and some GA administrative tasks What We’re Looking For: - Minimum D3 / Bachelor’s Degree in any field - Japanese proficiency: Minimum JLPT N2 level - Intermediate English proficiency - Experience in translation / interpretation - 2 years of as Executive Secretary / Corporate Secretary preferred - Strong communication and coordination skills If this opportunity sounds like a good fit for you, I’d be happy to share more details.
