The ideal candidate will facilitate seamless communication between Japanese and English-speaking teams, ensuring clarity in meetings, documentation, and daily operations.  🔹 Key Responsibilities ✔ Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation (Japanese ↔ English) during meetings, discussions, and training.  ✔ Translate verbal communication from Japanese expats during meetings and workplace interactions.  ✔ Ensure transparent and accurate communication between Japanese expats and local staff.  ✔ Prepare and translate reports, emails, and other documents as required.  ✔ Support interpretation during factory visits, audits, and training sessions.  ✔ Serve as a communication bridge between Japanese stakeholders, vendors, and local teams to maintain smooth workflow. 🔹 Preferred Qualifications 🔹 Any Graduate (or equivalent) qualification.  🔹 Strong command of Japanese and English languages (spoken & written).  🔹 Prior experience interpreting in a manufacturing or automotive setting is a plus.  🔹 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation support.  🔹 Excellent verbal communication and cross-cultural skills.  🔹 Why This Role?
