Big opportunity for Japanese Bilinguals 🔥 Position: Japanese Interpreter- Assistant Manager [Manufacturing On-Site] Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Monday to Friday Working Hour: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Work Mode: On-site / Factory Budget: 15 LPA (Negotiable) Position Overview This role focuses on real-time interpretation for Japanese supervisors and Indian production teams at automotive manufacturing plants. Duties often occur in factory floors with noise, machinery, and shift-based operations, demanding high accuracy, quick thinking, and endurance in industrial settings. Key Responsibilities •Deliver on-site interpretation (Japanese ↔ English/Hindi) during production runs and quality checks •Assist Japanese managers with Gemba walks, process audits, and team huddles Interpret technical instructions for APQP, FMEA, and Kaizen activities •Support office-based translation for reports and compliance documents as needed •Help coordinate between Japanese expats and local staff for material inspections and troubleshooting Requirements •Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or demonstrated equivalent skills + Graduation.
