Japanese-English Translator & Interpreter

We are actively hiring an experienced Japanese Translator & Interpreter to bridge critical communication gaps and support our technical, production, and executive teams. 📍 Location: Manesar (Initial) ➡️ Shifting to Hyderabad 🎓 Certification: JLPT N2 or N3 🗣️ Languages Required: Japanese, English, and Telugu Key Responsibilities: Real-Time Interpretation: Provide seamless Japanese ↔️ English interpretation during daily operational meetings, customer interactions, and high-level Board of Director meetings. Technical & Genba Support: Act as a core technical interpreter on the shop floor (Genba) and within the Sales, Quality, and Production departments. Translation & Documentation: Read, understand, and translate written Japanese to English (and vice versa) with a strong command over Kanji. Administration & Coordination: Manage transport, hotel bookings, and tour management. Handle FRRO and visa processing, ensuring smooth coordination with other departments. Expat Management: Assist Japanese expats with essential local onboarding procedures, including bank account setups and Aadhar/local ID registrations. What We Are Looking For: JLPT N2 or N3 certified professionals. Proven technical interpretation background (Sales/Quality/Production experience is highly preferred). Mandatory fluency in Japanese, English, and Telugu. Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
