Certification: JLPT N2 (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a communication bridge between the Marketing Team, Clients, and Operations Teams, ensuring clarity and seamless coordination.
Support new client onboarding, working closely with Marketing, Online Support, and Operations teams.
Track and report onboarding progress to stakeholders (daily/weekly/monthly).
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding client needs and concerns.
Identify areas for improvement and help deliver best-in-class service through proactive engagement.
