🚨 We're Hiring: Translation Team Member (Manga, Light Novels & Games) — Tokyo (On-site) I'm currently helping grow our localization team at Mantra, and we're looking for someone passionate about manga, translation, and Japanese entertainment to join us in Tokyo. At Mantra, our mission is simple: delivering manga across language barriers.   We work with major Japanese publishers using our proprietary Mantra Engine to bring manga and light novels to readers around the world, and we’re expanding into video games and other forms of Japanese entertainment. ⭐ Translation Team Member (Manga & Light Novels – Translation & Design)   📍 Iidabashi, Tokyo (On-site)   🕒 Part-time What you'll do • Review Japanese → English translations for manga, novels, and games   • Assist with typesetting / lettering and layout adjustments for manga • Support localization and production tasks across titles from major publishers Minimum Requirements • Japanese N2 or equivalent and strong English   • Ability to read manga and novels in both languages   • Comfortable with occasional R18 content   • Valid work authorization in Japan (we cannot sponsor visas)   • Able to work on-site Mon/Wed/Fri in Iidabashi 💰 Hourly: ¥1,250   🚃 Transportation fully covered   🍱 Weekly team lunch on Mondays If you're passionate about manga, localization, and storytelling, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on real titles with a collaborative team. 📩 Interested?
