🚀 We’re Hiring: Interpreter N1 Staff (Japanese Speaker) – Jakarta 📍 Placement: Jakarta | Industry: Manufacture Food A well-known Japanese food manufacturing company (instant noodles) is looking for a professional Interpreter to support communication between local teams and Japanese stakeholders. 🎯 Key Responsibilities - Provide Japanese ⇄ Indonesian interpretation during meetings and business discussions - Perform consecutive interpretation (not simultaneous) - Translate documents: emails, reports, proposals, presentations, product specs - Ensure accurate, clear, and professional communication - Maintain neutrality and confidentiality in all discussions - Support administrative tasks related to marketing budget & finance documentation - Handle invoice processing and reimbursement documentation - Maintain proper documentation and filing ✅ Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Japanese Literature/Language or graduate from Japan) - JLPT N1 certification (mandatory & non-negotiable) - Minimum 2–3 years experience as Interpreter in Japanese company - Strong experience in business meeting interpretation - Understand Japanese business etiquette & communication style - Detail-oriented, professional, and able to work under pressure - Comfortable handling both interpretation and admin tasks 🚫 Do not apply if you do not have JLPT N1 or interpreter experience 🎁 Benefits THR (1 month salary) BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan Other benefits (TBA) 💡 This role is ideal for a highly accurate and professional interpreter who can support executive-level communication while also handling structured administrative tasks. 👉 Apply now!
