This role focuses on building scalable applications using the Spring ecosystem and ensuring high code quality through rigorous testing and best practices. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot • Implement and optimize database queries using JPA and MySQL (or similar) • Write clean, scalable code and maintain unit test cases to ensure reliability • Identify, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs • Participate in code reviews • Mentor team practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features Required Skills: • Strong experience with Core Java • Proficiency in Spring Boot • Hands-on knowledge of JPA • Experience with MySQL or relational databases • Ability to write and maintain unit test cases • Strong command over Git and version control • 3-5 years of experience Preferred (Bonus) Skills: • Understanding of Microservices architecture • API design experience (Swagger/OpenAPI) • Experience with caching solutions like Redis or Aerospike • Exposure to Kafka • Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases #Staffaugmentation #Java #javabackend #gurgaon #hiring #vendormanager #vendorpartner #c2c #c2h #javadeveloper
