🔹 Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):
5–9 years of strong Java backend development
4+ years of experience with Spring Boot & REST APIs
Strong understanding of Distributed Systems
Experience with Unit Testing / TDD (JUnit, Mockito)
Hands-on with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
Experience with Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Exposure to Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with Monitoring & Observability tools (New Relic, ELK, Grafana)
