🚀 Hiring: Java Developer (W2 Contract) 📍 Location: Columbus, OH (100% Onsite) 💼 Client: Financial Domain We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our team for a long-term W2 contract opportunity with a leading client in the financial domain. This is a fully onsite role in Columbus, OH. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies Design and define application architecture, coding standards, testing, and deployment best practices Mentor junior and mid-level developers; conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps Participate in Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban), sprint planning, and estimations Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development Strong expertise in Spring and Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred) Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Please share the resumes to [Upgrade to PRO to see contact]
