We are hiring Job Description Position: Java Developer Experience Required: 1 - 3 Years Overview: This role involves developing and maintaining backend microservices that power our core products. You’ll work closely with other developers and architects to understand technical requirements and deliver reliable, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Contribute to backend microservice development and system integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand architectural decisions and technical requirements. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Java-based backend code. Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 1-3 years of overall IT industry experience. Strong Java-based development and microservice design skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; effective communicator at all levels. Strong commitment to work quality with attention to detail and accuracy. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
