Hiring: Senior Developer – Java J2EE (Reactive Programming)  𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: PAN India | Major Metro Cities  𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 6–12 Years We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with strong expertise in Java/J2EE and Reactive Programming to build high-performance, scalable, and event-driven enterprise applications. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about microservices architecture, non-blocking systems, and modern backend engineering. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Java/J2EE  • Build event-driven, non-blocking microservices using reactive frameworks  • Develop RESTful APIs and work on real-time streaming solutions  • Implement integrations using messaging systems like Kafka/RabbitMQ  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper unit/integration tests  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Product, Architecture)  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀  • 6–12 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development  • Strong experience with Spring / Spring Boot / Microservices architecture  • Practical exposure to Reactive Programming (Spring WebFlux / Reactor / RxJava)  • Experience with REST APIs and non-blocking IO  • Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, caching strategies  • Hands-on with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)  • Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, CI/CD pipelines  • Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments 🌟 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆?  • Work on next-gen, high-scale distributed systems  • Exposure to cutting-edge reactive architecture  • Collaborative and growth-driven environment  • Opportunity to influence system design and engineering practices 📩 Interested?
