The Role We are seeking a Junior Brand Designer (1–2 year’s experience) to join a small, focused team in a hands-on, studio-based role. This position is structured as an apprenticeship, with direct involvement in real client work across branding, campaigns, packaging, and visual systems. You will work closely with the Creative Director in a fast-paced environment where expectations are high and feedback is direct. This is not a remote role. Relocation is not provided. Candidates must be based in or able to work in Minneapolis.
