🚀 Now Hiring: Junior Business Analyst – Richmond, VA (Onsite 3 Days/Week) 📍 Local candidates only We have an immediate contract opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst supporting technology initiatives in a collaborative, multi‑team environment. This role requires onsite presence in Richmond, VA at least three days per week. Responsibilities: ✅ Gather & document business and technical requirements ✅ Build workflows, process maps (Visio), SOPs & reference documentation ✅ Support UAT, testing coordination & task tracking ✅ Capture meeting notes, decisions & action items ✅ Communicate clearly between business and IT teams ✅ Assist with reporting, data validation & operational support What We're Looking For: 🔹 Experience in requirements & documentation 🔹 Process mapping / workflow analysis (Visio preferred) 🔹 Familiarity with ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools 🔹 Strong analytical, organizational & communication skills 🔹 Understanding of Agile/SDLC 📍 Only considering local Richmond, VA candidates 📅 Interviews: Phone or In‑Person If you're interested, feel free to DM me or share your resume!
